Over priced is why it has a 4 star. I'll get my hair from online or another state if need be. This store has all the basic necessities so it's a nice back-up.
Has an awesome selection, but needs to work on customer service! There's an older lady at the door whom I thought was there to greet customers! Wrong! She's just there to stare at you, doesn't even respond to a simple hello! No one offers help....I wandered aimlessly for a good 10 minutes...nothing but stares! The environment is very Awkward and uncomfortable. Maybe if they turned on the lights it would help!! They need some light in their store and personalities!!!!
Love this place...best wig and supply store I've been to in 30 years. Customer service is supreme and knowledgeable about their products. Thanks New Image for keeping me sharp.
